Health Form Requirements

Summer Camp Attendees

If you are going to Summer Camp, everyone (scouts and parents) must complete the following.  Keep in mind these will require a visit to the doctor's office and we recommend working into your yearly check ups.

Weekend Camp Out Attendees

If you are only going on troop camp outs over the weekend (under 72 hours) you only need parts A and B of the BSA Annual Health Form.

Mother's Ribbons

As your son earns a rank you are awarded a pin for the rank.  Mother's Ribbons, order thru link below, are worn as a necklace.  If you would prefer a standard parent ribbon instead, let us know and Troop 177 will provide.
